  • Returns / Warrantees

    Prior to returning any products for replacement or refund, you should contact a customer service representative by e-mail, sales@harrowsports.com, or by phone, for specific instructions on where to mail your return and what information you will need to supply.

    Unused items can be returned within two weeks of the date of delivery. Unused items returned in this timeframe will be credited back at the amount of the original purchase price.

    Items listed on the website as closeout items are not warrantied in any way by Harrow Sports, Inc.

    Qualified warranty returns should be returned within the warranty period (see below). Approved warranty returns will result in product replacement.

    • We offer a one year, one-time replacement warranty on all Harrow lacrosse shafts. Our warranty covers breakage during normal game play.
    • We offer a 60-day, one-time replacement warranty on our Torch and 300 Series hockey lines. Closeout items are excluded.
    • We offer a 30-day, one-time replacement warranty on our Medalist hockey equipment. Closeout items are excluded.
